- Availability
- Hermes guarantees that all women have actually contacted us with the request to publish their profile.
- A profile of Hermes consists of the full name and available contact details (fysical address and/or e-mail address and/or telephone number) of a woman. A woman decides herself which communication channel she prefers. When a certain profile does only have one or two communication channels available, this can never be a reason of restitution of your fee.
- Every single woman on our website has stated to us that she is looking for a partner. If she finds a partner, we remove her profile directly after she lets us know. Hermes cannot take responsibility for a woman who lets you know that she is not available anymore, as it is a frequently used excuse for turning someone down. If a woman doesn't appear to be single anymore after all, Hermes will provide you with a credit for another profile, after checking with the woman in question.
- Our female members have wishes as well. Therefore we cannot guarantee that a woman will actually answer your request. If a woman does not answer you, that is never a reason to refund you your fee.
- Security
- Hermes does everything in its power to prevent women with doubtful meanings to be published on this website.
- If at any time a certain woman appears to have doubtful meanings after all, Hermes will remove her profile immediately. If in any case you might encounter a scam, we will provide you with a credit for another profile, after you have provided us with evidence of the scam.
- Hermes can never be held responsible for any damage that was caused by someone with doubtful meanings.
- Hermes is discreet: we will never give out your name (unless you explicitly request us to do so).
- Payment
- When you buy a certain profile you will receive a link where you can download the profile. You can only make use of this link once and you are responsible yourself how you save this data.
- A profile is only sent to you after your payment has been received.
- Ownership
- Profiles can only be bought for personal matters. A profile can therefore never be given to any third party.
- All information on this website and in the profiles are owned by Hermes and can never be copied to any form of media.
